Subscriptions
Sell recurring products or services — XPOS Cloud generates and sends the follow-up invoices automatically.
1. Enable subscriptions
Go to Settings → Business Settings → Modules, check Enable Subscriptions, and click Update Setting.
2. Create a subscription
From the POS or Sales screen, add products to the sale as usual, then select the Subscribe? checkbox.

3. Manage subscriptions
Go to Invoice → List POS → Subscriptions to see every subscription, and start or stop any of them as needed.
4. Invoicing & notifications
XPOS Cloud generates subscription invoices automatically on the frequency you set. Each time one is created, both the Administrator and the Salesperson are notified.
